Elham Ghourbandi
Elham Ghourbandi is an accomplished cybersecurity and technology executive with more than 25 years of professional experience. As Co-Founder and CEO of TITAN Advisory, he leads the firm’s strategy, client partnerships and regional growth, helping organisations strengthen cyber resilience, improve governance and navigate complex security and technology challenges. Throughout his career, Elham has built and led large-scale cybersecurity operations across Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Africa and India. He has managed teams of up to 200 professionals, delivered major technology transformations and advised organisations across financial services, government, energy, mining, education, retail and other sectors. Elham holds a Master of Cyber Security from Macquarie University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney. He is recognised for combining strategic vision, commercial insight and technical expertise to deliver practical business outcomes.
